My brother is getting married

When your younger brother gets married, it can't pass quietly,

especially when your brother is the production manager of your studio.

Oren, my brother, my right hand, the one who knows how to drive me crazy until smoke comes out of my ears,

and on the other hand, is always with me through thick and thin and won't give up until everything is perfect.

Over the past year, as I watched Oren and Lotem (the bride) anxiously follow the fate of their wedding, my heart went out to them. I empathized with the feeling of uncertainty and worried with them.

Initially, the dimming was due to the Corona itself and the restrictions it brought with it. After we started to return to some routine, the unsettling security situation arrived, and close to home. And again, anxiety, cancellations, and uncertainty. Fortunately, the relative calm returned, and the wedding took place and was full of love and joy.

During this year, I thought a lot about the Corona year, about the absence of weddings, henna, bachelorette parties, and more.

I thought about the couples waiting impatiently and constantly postponing the wedding until it was possible.

As an optimist, I always look for the good in a situation. Even with Corona, I looked for the good.

Corona made us step out of our comfort zone, the familiar and known. In every field. Over time, there will be areas that will gradually return to their previous, comfortable, and natural form. And there will be areas, like events, that have actually proven to work perhaps better in their new form.

So what happened and what changed in the world of weddings?

Corona restrictions moved more events to open spaces and fresh air, to nature - whether in the parents' backyard, or in vineyards and orchards.

Events became intimate, with a limited number of guests and those closest to the bride and groom.

Using what is available and existing in styling - connecting to nature, light colors, combining fresh and dried vegetation, and clean, natural material tools.

Even wedding dresses became simpler, more minimalistic, and less grandiose.

I write from the bottom of my heart, throughout my brother's wedding journey, every time he broke down a little and showed anxiety, I tried to remind him what was most important - "May you walk together with Lotem, the choice of your heart, to the chuppah" and everything else is irrelevant and doesn't matter. And that is the essence for me - the mutual declaration of intentions between them, and of both of them together before the Creator of the world.

Once a person knows what the essence is for them and what truly matters, the rest - the wrapper - can change and adapt to the situation.

When I noticed the feelings that accompanied the couple, I couldn't help but empathize with the bride. After all, as woman to woman.

And I wondered how I, as a sister and as the owner of a product design studio, could create something special, different, that would make her happy.

So, especially for this joyous occasion, we created gift sets for brides in the studio. Magical, beautifully designed, exciting, and valuable sets that last for generations... We built several examples of the set, each with its own characteristics, to suit every bride. In the sets, we put thought into a new beginning, an exciting memory, functional precision, and of course, a lot of love.

Undoubtedly, brides and grooms of 2020-2021, you have strong hearts and faith. I am sure that after such a year, you will only experience joy, happiness, and a marriage full of love.
