The team by my side is (like) my family. We work closely together, feeling everything together.

AV's success is absolutely the success of the entire team.

I believe that a good business is built on good people, on believing people.

Those who come and give their soul. A business will rise and succeed if it is a business with a soul.

In conversations in the studio, I often said that we work together like a machine. Every role is important, like the importance of every screw in a machine. We complete each other. We know each other's strengths and allow everyone the space to fly high, to dream and to express themselves.

Michal Grossman - Studio Manager

Married, mother of 3 Indians.

The "responsible adult" of the group.

Studied interior design.

Has extensive experience in the field of events and culinary arts -

In events, she loves the immediate gratification of organizing people's celebrations.

In culinary, she loves food. And eating.

Design and aesthetics for her are the basis of everything - they are the air to breathe, they are the feeling in space, they determine the rhythm of the heartbeat.

Absorbs inspiration from interesting people, from trips in Israel and around the world, from cinema and from her Italian DNA.

Life tip: Trust your intuitions, they are more accurate than any advice you will receive.

Liron Zohar - Graphic Designer

Married, mother of two boys and a third in the oven, baking on high heat.

Avital's graphic soulmate. Special typography excites her. Loves minimalist design. In her opinion, when it is precise - it can be brilliant.

Coffee and music help her concentrate. Believes in doing things from the gut and out of passion.

Seeks and finds inspiration at all times, events and places.

Life tip: Invest in long showers, that's where the best ideas come from.

Gili Nadiv - Marketing and Customer Relations

The baby of the group.

Status: After her military service as an armaments NCO and before the big trip..

Handy woman-

Loves to build and assemble elements, plan and create connections - an architect in the making.

It is not recommended to contact her in the first half hour of the morning. But after that..

She doesn't stop at red.

Believes in hard work, is not afraid of obstacles along the way and always strives for first place.

She is the calm before the storm...

And the smile.. oh the smile.. full of light and Gili.

Oren Kerner - Production Manager

The man of the group. Cut from the same cloth as Avital.

A true prince. His kingdom is the laboratory.

Has golden hands and a diamond heart.

Creates, cuts, engraves, connects in Corian, wood and metal.

When Avital's design mind starts to dance,

Oren's production mind immediately joins it with giant steps.

Together they succeed in turning a dream into reality.

Oren is the one who cares, (also for coffee and cookies), he can be relied upon.

He will not rest until his mission is completed and will give his soul for it - a prince, as we said?

Draws inspiration from "Lecha" - the house model.
